When I pay by credit card, I am asked for a password that is different from my PIN. Which password do I need?

To ensure a safe shopping experience, we have implemented a credit card authentication service (3D Secure).

Please register an authentication password with your card issuer in advance and enter that authentication password.
(Please note that the four-digit password you set when issuing your credit card is different from your authentication password. The authentication password is a password exclusively for online shopping.)

I put the item I wanted to buy in my cart, but it was sold out. Why?

If you add an item to your cart, it will be displayed as sold out. To purchase, please go to the purchase page from the cart.
Please note that any items in your cart that have not been purchased will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

A product that should be there doesn't appear when I click the search button.

You may be searching by category.
In this case, you will only be able to search within the category and will not be able to search the entire site.
Please return to the home screen and search again.
